Cancelling an order

Until the parcel is shipped, the buyer or the seller can tap Cancel order on the order page and give a reason. The item goes back on sale.

A checkout that is not paid within 30 minutes cancels by itself. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can still open a dispute.
