When your order arrives

Tap I received it when everything is right. If you do nothing, the order completes by itself 48 hours after it arrives.

If something is wrong, tap Open a dispute within 2 days of the parcel arriving and tell us what happened. Our team looks into it and writes back.

When the order is complete you can both leave a review.
